Can I get a refund for tickets I purchased online?
Refunds are available for tickets under the parameters listed below. You can receive refunds for tickets up to 60 minutes before the showtime listed on your tickets. Before purchasing, we recommend that you confirm the title, showtime, date, location, and quantity of tickets for the movie you wish to see. Refunds will only be for the price of the ticket and will exclude any non-refundable service/convenience fees. For tickets purchased through the Hattiesburg Southwest Theaters web page, please call the theater directly at 601-909-2291. Our system does not store any credit card information. You will need to provide your confirmation number and credit card information for any refunds.
For tickets purchased through other ticketing agencies, guests must contact the agency directly before the scheduled movie showtime to request a refund, and refunds are subject to the refund policies of those agencies. There are no refunds after the printed showtime. Please do not email or leave a message for refunds. We try to promptly respond to guests' emails and messages but may not be able to respond prior to the showtime listed on your ticket. Our box office opens 15 minutes prior to our first listed showtime for the day and closes 15 minutes after the last listed showtime for the day.
